Darlington Performing Arts Festival - First Week Results!

Message from Kate:

I am absolutely over the moon. Our students have, in the first week of the Darlington festival we have had some fabulous results.

The results so far have been hugely promising for the students and are as follows:

Lauren Lee did really well with a score of 81! That is a very respectable score indeed and Bethany Lewis-Burrows managed to emulate Lauren with another fantastic score. Mica Newcombe did really well getting a third place in her group which I have to say, from all reports was a very tough group.

Now that these three know what the festival is all about I am 99% sure they will do even better next time.

Finally I should mention Megan Nicholson 1ST PLACE in her group. The Trevor Dayne's cup is now in her hands.

I want to thank all Parents, students and whomsoever else helped out with this. Your work has not gone unfettered nor has it gone unrewarded. I am sure you can all see how much this exercise has been rewarding in so many ways.

Nest week sees our folk entering the drama section of the festival. BRING IT ON!
