Meet The Teachers
Principal Kate Ruddick
Kate has been working with Stagecoach Theatre Arts for many years now and brings with her a wealth of knowlege of the Performing Arts. She was trained at the Elmhurst Ballet School, The Weguiline School of Russian Ballet and London's Academy of Live and Recorded Arts. Prior to Joining the Stagecoach family she Danced professionally throughout Europe, has worked on TV and been Choreogrpher for her own Dance Troupe which itself toured Europe.
Dance Teacher Abigail Milne
Abbi has been with us here at Stagecoach Theatre Arts in Bishop Auckland for a number of years now and always enthuses the students with new, modern and vibrant routines. Her teaching style always brings out the best in each and every student! Trained at the SAGE Academy in Gateshead she has over the years impressed us greatly with her attitude and empathy.
Singing Teacher Damian Hassan
Damian is a very experienced teacher. Coming to us from mainstream education Damian has proven what good teachers are all about. The best teachers do not come cheap but they are worth every penny we pay them. When you see Damian in action you will understand what we mean.
Drama Teacher Samantha Bradshaw
Samantha is also extremely experienced having worked on TV, Stage and Film and also running her own Drama School in Hurworth near Darlington. Samantha too was trained at Elmhurst and the London Academy of Live and Recorded Arts.
Early Stages Teacher - Rachel Boyle
Rachel has been with us here at Bishop Auckland since day 1. The fact that she loves her job with us, teaching movement, rythm and musical skills to our younger students is evident. The children love her and gain so much, so quickly with her.
